The Quincy has broken ground on its high rise project on 91-93 Red River Street on the north end of the Rainey Street District by Endeavor Real Estate Group. However, I have no idea why it is called the “Quincy” it will bring Rainey St a new twist.
It will be 30-story high-rise is set to be completed by 2021. This luxury high rise will offer retail, office and residential spaces. 91 Red Rivers new addition will be a mixed-use building offering apartments and also office space.
The building will have seven floors of parking, 19 residential floors, three floors of office space, and the top floor will be an indoor/outdoor sky deck overlooking Lady Bird Lake. It will have a total of 328 units.
The Quincy’s Amenities will be similar to it’s other luxury communities in the Austin area.

Also, the Quincy will be located right next to the new 51 Story tower 90-92 Rainey St. Furthermore, Luxury High Rise should be completed before the Quincy. Rainey St is set to have many new developments in coming years. The Rainey District Revolution has begun!!
